OXUS Group HQ maintains over 120 personnel, including Afghan retired military and police generals, high level security experts and SMEs with PhDs and master’s degrees from top western universities. Our presence in the Afghan provinces consists of performing training and capacity-building projects. These projects are managed by Afghan retired generals, business leaders, former parliamentarians and community leaders in these regional localities.
